Minimum 80% Battery Health
Every refurbished iPhone we sell is supplied with a battery that has at least 80% of its original maximum capacity.
Battery performance can vary depending on usage, settings, network conditions and the age of the device, but we will not sell an iPhone that falls below our minimum battery-health standard.

Our refurbished iPhone 16 models are available in three cosmetic grades:
Premium – Our highest cosmetic grade, with minimal signs of previous use.
Great – Fully functional with light cosmetic signs of previous use.
Fair – Fully functional but may show more noticeable cosmetic wear, offering excellent value for money.
Cosmetic grading does not affect the functionality of the device. Every grade undergoes the same functional testing process.

Premium (Grade A): Excellent cosmetic condition with minimal signs of previous use. The device may have very minor marks or light wear, but will generally look close to new.
Great (Grade B): Good cosmetic condition with visible signs of previous use. The device may have light scratches, scuffs or other minor cosmetic wear on the screen, housing or around the ports.
Fair (Grade C): Fair cosmetic condition with more noticeable signs of previous use. The device may have visible scratches, scuffs, marks or other cosmetic wear on the screen and/or housing.
All grades are fully functional. Our grading system relates primarily to the cosmetic condition of the device. Every refurbished phone undergoes the same professional testing process regardless of its cosmetic grade.
All refurbished phones are supplied in a box with a compatible charging cable, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
