What does Premium refurbished mean?
A Premium refurbished phone is in exceptional cosmetic condition and shows little to no visible signs of previous use. The screen and body will be in excellent condition, with no significant scratches, marks or dents.
Every Premium device is fully tested to ensure all features and functions work correctly.
What does Great condition mean?
A refurbished phone in Great condition is fully functional and in very good cosmetic condition. It may have some light signs of previous use, such as small scratches or minor marks on the body or screen, but there will be no significant cosmetic damage.
Great condition is an excellent choice if you want a great-looking refurbished phone while saving money compared with buying new.
What is Fair condition?
A Fair condition refurbished phone is fully functional but will show more noticeable signs of previous use. This can include visible scratches, scuffs, marks or small dents on the casing and screen.
These cosmetic imperfections do not affect how the phone works, making Fair condition devices a great choice if value is more important to you than appearance.

Do refurbished phones have scratches?
They can do, depending on the grade you choose.
Premium phones should have little to no visible cosmetic wear, while Great condition phones may have light scratches or minor marks. Fair condition phones can have more noticeable scratches, scuffs or other signs of previous use.

What battery health will I receive?
All of our refurbished phones are supplied with a battery that has at least 80% of its original maximum capacity.
Every device is checked as part of our refurbishment and testing process to ensure the battery is functioning correctly. As refurbished phones have been previously used, the exact battery health will vary between individual devices, but we guarantee a minimum battery health of 80%.
