Description
Premium (Grade A): Excellent cosmetic condition with minimal signs of previous use. The device may have very minor marks or light wear, but will generally look close to new.
Great (Grade B): Good cosmetic condition with visible signs of previous use. The device may have light scratches, scuffs or other minor cosmetic wear on the screen, housing or around the ports.
Fair (Grade C): Fair cosmetic condition with more noticeable signs of previous use. The device may have visible scratches, scuffs, marks or other cosmetic wear on the screen and/or housing.
All grades are fully functional. Our grading system relates primarily to the cosmetic condition of the device. Every refurbished phone undergoes the same professional testing process regardless of its cosmetic grade.
All refurbished phones are supplied in a box with a compatible charging cable, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
